Where do you ship?

Anywhere in Canada, by tracked courier. Shipping is a flat $9.99, and free on orders over $55.00.

How long does it take?

Covers are printed for each order, then finished, packed and taken to the shipper in another city. That takes 5 to 7 days from when you order. Delivery time is on top of that. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.

Will it fit my hitch?

Each product page lists the receiver size. Most covers fit a standard 2-inch receiver. The Claymore also comes in a 1.25-inch version for cars and smaller SUVs.

Does it come with a hitch pin?

No. Use the pin you have, or a locking pin so the cover stays put.

What is it made of?

Most covers are PETG, a tough plastic that resists UV, heat, cold and water. Some are PLA PRO. The material is listed on each product page.

Can I use it as a step?

No. These are decorative and are not built to carry weight or protect your bumper.

Can I return it?

Covers are made to order, so sales are final. If your cover arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 7 days and I will make it right. Seconds from IA & Stoppages are final sale.

Do you ship to the United States?

Not through the website yet. Send a message and I can quote shipping for you.

How do I pay?

Checkout runs on Stripe and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch this site.
